Translate your program requirements into a two-dimensional space plan that exhibits your space and furniture needs within
the context of the building architecture and applicable codes.

Interior Design:

Produce award caliber interiors in a variety of styles to suit your individual project and budget. We will work with you to
determine the three dimensional character of the project including interior elevations and details, ceiling and lighting
designs and alternate finish material palettes for your consideration.

Design Document Services:

Provide design documents required for your architect to complete city permit drawings, including plans, details and
specifications. We will recommend architects for your consideration and will consult with them and appropriate government
officials on your behalf to assist you in securing a permit for construction.

Bidding and Negotiation:

Assist you in the selection of a general contractor and the preparation of bid packages to multiple sources. We review
pricing bids with our clients to help them determine the vendors and contractors that will provide the best value for their projects.

Construction Administration Services:

Be available to the architect and general contractor throughout the course of the project to answer questions, review submittals
and provide clarification of our documents. We will periodically review ongoing construction and will provide framing and
punchlist inspections with you to confirm that the construction conforms to the design guidelines of your project.

Consultant Coordination:

Collaborate with other design professionals in various disciplines to bring the best knowledge and experience to your project.
We have extensive experience working closely with lighting, mechanical, acoustical, audio visual and security consultants to
ensure that the integrity and function of the interior design is maintained.

Furniture Design and Procurement Services:

Create a furniture design package that responds to the established interior design scheme and budget parameters. We specify manufactured and custom designed pieces to suit any style and design scheme. We provide our clients with full specification
and procurement services and will receive and warehouse all purchases until your scheduled delivery date.

Graphic Design:

Provide complete graphic design services ranging from branding, logo and brochure designs to custom interior murals and
project signage to give our client’s projects a distinctive edge.

Artwork Program:

Custom design an artwork program that enhances the interior design of your project through the selection of various media. We purchase original artwork and reproductions on behalf of our clients and commission original specialty pieces engaging a
number of talented professionals with whom we have worked through the years.

Interior Landscaping:

Design a program for interior planting including live and reproduction planting materials that supports the interior design of the
project and is responsive to your budget and maintenance program.

Installation:

Provide complete installation services of all project furnishings, artwork, accessories and interior landscaping to ensure that the
interior design statement is fully realized. We will receive and inspect your deliveries and will coordinate installation with your
general contractor.
